InterMeeting is the official agency selected by the Organizing Committee to manage the accommodations. Any reservations made through other means will be the guest's responsibility.

Please note that the number of rooms at our preferential rate is limited, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
Rates include current taxes.
If the government increases VAT or introduces new taxes, the rate will be updated, and guests will be responsible for the difference.
The deadline to request an invoice is the last business day of the month in which the reservation was made before 12:00 p.m.
