InterMeeting is the Official Agency endorsed by the Organizing Committee to manage accommodations for the Congress, in this website you will be able to book your stay at the official hotels with preferential rates. Any reservation made through any other channels will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

Please note the following:
* Published rates include applicable current taxes. Should the Government modify or introduce new taxes, rates will be adjusted accordingly, and any difference must be settled by the guest upon arrival at the hotel.
* All rooms are subject to availability.
* A minimum stay of two (2) nights is required.
* A limited number of rooms are available at the preferential rate; we encourage you to make your reservation as early as possible.
* The deadline to request an invoice is the last business day of the month in which the reservation was made, before 12:00 p.m.
Important Notice: Any cancellation requested before the deadline will incur an administrative fee of 5% of the amount paid; after the deadline, the penalty stipulated in your confirmation will be charged.
