On this site you will be able to book your stay in the official hotels with preferential rates.
InterMeeting is the official agency selected by the Organizing Committee to manage lodging. Any bookings made by different means will be the guest´s responsibility.

We’d like to remind you that there is a limited number of rooms to be offered at our preferential rate, therefore we recommend you to book as early as possible.
Rates include current applicable taxes
In case the Government increases VAT or creates new taxes, the rate will be updated and the difference should be covered by the guest.
The deadline to request an invoice is the last business day of the month in which the booking was made before 12:00 pm.
